Analysis of Satisfaction Level with Hajj Registration Services using Fuzzy Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis

Service is an activity that interactive between communities aims to provide satisfaction and comfort. To achieve this goal, it necessary improve the quality of services as well in Hajj registration service. The purpose study was analyze level with Registration Services using Fuzzy Quality (Servqual) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. data collection technique used 100 questionnaires. statement items refer dimensions service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy physical evidence methods are (servqual) (IPA). servqual method will measure each dimension so gap value obtained which difference expectations reality received by registrant. then integrated classify certain attributes. results showed registrants were not satisfied provided Ministry Religion Kabupaten Bogor showing a negative score. Based on IPA, there 9 attributes quadrant B C, 3 D none them A. Therefore, improving needs be carried out Kab. Bogor.
